Our Mission

STAGBI is a breed society and is established to provide credibility & integrity to the Standardbred & Trotting Horse in Harness Racing and other equestrian sports throughout GB & Ireland

Association Profile

The Standardbred and Trotting Horse Association of Great Britain & Ireland was established in 1999 the purpose of doing so was to establish an independent breed registration body for all Standardbred & Trotting Horses, STAGBI is the approved registration organisation with the UK government department DEFRA

In 2003 at the International World Trotting conference STAGBI was recognised and approved as the registration body for Great Britain & Ireland
